who selects projects they are interested to have pitched to them.

The panel includes:

(iii) Pan Africa Broadcast / streamer Commissioning Editors

(iv) International Distributors.

3. Before pitching selected pitch teams will go through a due diligence

process to ensure their pitch package of creative proposals,

budgets, and production schedules are deal ready.

4. Projects of interest are made an offer by panel members,

that can be accepted or rejected by the pitch team.

Deal terms including joint approval on the budget, IP ownership

and revenue structures are agreed

before moving to contract stage.

5. The Co-Pro Fund helps manage the deal

negotiation and legal drafting process.
